In her 30+ years with General Motors, Tish Turner’s career spanned multiple roles including: advisor, planner, manufacturing leader, project engineer, and finance program business investment manager. She excelled at working with internal and external clients in finding solutions to improve business planning, processes, and quality controls.
I have a strong sense of community and have supported key initiatives for communities in the Detroit Metropolitan Area such as: General Motors, General Motors African Ancestry Network, Women in Manufacturing groups, the United Negro College Fund, Gleaners/fundraising, Grace Centers of Hope/feeding homeless programs, Habitat for Humanity, Gilda Radner’s Cancer Society, Light House Path/fundraising, Catholic Community Response Team, Be in Drivers Seat (radio Beasley Media program), FBI Citizens Academy, Oakland County Media & Technology (charter sch.), Clintondale Community Sch. (DEI/advisor), Pontiac United Education Coalition Board, Ram Financial Advisory Board (provided financial literacy advice/training), and supported the Elysian Production Board/Advisor (TV mini-series-development)/Taren Chronicles/and 3rdParadigm Podcast(media/social Issues).
