Bio – Meet the owner
In her 30+ years with General Motors, Tish Turner’s career spanned multiple roles including: advisor, planner, manufacturing leader, project engineer, and finance program business investment manager. She excelled at working with internal and external clients in finding solutions to improve business planning, processes, and quality controls.
Her skills to identify and correct inefficiencies in workflow and processes were recognized with continual promotions and new opportunities. Highlights include the launch of new manufacturing vehicle products utilizing Global Manufacturing Systems (GMS), Program Management, SAP (Systems Applications and Products) database and software, and the web-based education initiatives for GM-UAW Training Assistance Programs.
Additionally, Tish has done extensive work in the area of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. She conducted training for the salary and the hourly workforce at GM-UAW/Labor, Center for Human Resources, and various non-profits throughout the region.
Tish transferred her corporate knowledge to benefit a host of non-profits and governmental agencies. Her strong engagement within the community has allowed her to develop an extensive professional network, which she accesses for the benefit of her clients.

(DEI/advisor), Pontiac United Education Coalition Board, Ram Financial Advisory Board (provided financial literacy advice/training), and supported the Elysian Production Board/Advisor (TV mini-series-development)/Taren Chronicles/and 3rdParadigm Podcast(media/social Issues).
I am currently assisting various business entities, organizations, and municipalities, such as the Pontiac Regional Chamber of Commerce, on private and collaborative plans that include project management, planning, and data tracking.
